Owners refinanced the property to purchase a retirement home in Virginia, Spring Hollow Farm, and the bank apprisial report valued the property at that time April 12, 2005, for $868,000 which did not include the thrid floor due to the condition at that time.

So that apprasial did not include two additional bedrooms and a full bath, or the additional "bonus" room, and did not include some 600 square feed of space.

Since the apprasial the thrid floor has been restored to original, properly painted, all lath and plaster walls refastened and restored essentially to the condition of the house when it was new.
